Engineering depth. Commercial discipline. One team.
USCO combines a hands-on technical core with commercial and operational leadership, supported by specialist collaborators and Academy coaches when a project needs them.
Leadership.
The three people accountable for what USCO builds, sells and delivers.
Samuel Ufoeze
Leads USCO's technical direction and hands-on engineering across AI, embedded systems, robotics, computer vision and hardware-software integration. Builds the systems and sets the standard for how they are tested and documented.
Oghenetega Ufoeze
Leads customer acquisition, commercial strategy, distribution and partnerships. Background in downstream sales and distribution, bringing commercial discipline to how USCO prices, sells and delivers.
Moses Omoyele
Leads business development and operational execution: processes, coordination and growth activity that keep projects and cohorts running on time.
Beyond the core.
Specialist collaborators
Mechanical, electronics, medical and domain experts brought in per project, and named in the project when relevant.
Academy coaches
Practitioners who teach what they build, and who feed talent back into engineering work.
University partners
Researchers and students working with us on experiments and research rigs.
Hands-on first.
Everyone at USCO is close to the real work: the bench, the customer or the cohort. We distrust anything that has not been tried on real hardware, with real people.
